John Kellogg, Executive Chef

With 30 years of culinary experience and as a graduate of LaVarenne Ecole De Cuisine, In Paris, France, John brings art to each dish he creates.

Our menu reflects the mansion's history and its surroundings. Each dish a reflection of the culture. A meal at Cedar Grove Mansion is a truly memorable event. Old southern favorites with a modern twist, our standard superb steaks and local faire such as vension, rabbit, striped bass and quail will all tickle the taste buds.
